Vacant listing staging planner
Tell us about the empty home and get the rooms to stage in order, a shot list for your photographer, and what it costs. Runs in your browser, so nothing is sent anywhere.
Why this order
Buyers decide from the first few photos. The living room, kitchen and primary bedroom carry most of that first impression, so stage them first. Extra bedrooms do better as a specific use, like an office or a nursery, than as a third generic bedroom. Bathrooms and hallways rarely gain anything from furniture.
Shooting tips for empty rooms
- Shoot from a corner at chest height so the floor shows and there is space to place furniture.
- Turn every light on and open the blinds. Even light makes the staged result look natural.
- Take one wide shot per room before any detail shots. That wide shot is the one to stage.
