StagedPixel is a virtual staging service operated by Bhindi Labs Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). By ordering or uploading photos you agree to these terms.
The service
We add virtual furniture and decor to photos of empty rooms. Staging is AI-assisted and checked by a person. For each photo you get staged options in the styles you choose, delivered by email within 24 hours of a complete upload.
What we never do
We only add furniture and decor. We never alter structural or permanent features: walls, windows, window views, doors, floors, ceilings, fixtures, room dimensions, or the condition of the property. We will refuse requests to hide defects or misrepresent a property.
Labelling and disclosure
Every staged image carries a visible "Virtually staged" label. You are responsible for complying with your MLS, brokerage, state and local rules on disclosing virtual staging, and for not removing the label where disclosure is required.
Your photos
You confirm you own the photos or have permission to use and modify them. You keep all rights to your photos. You receive a licence to use the staged images for marketing the property shown. We may not use your photos for anything other than fulfilling your order.
Payment
Prices are $9 per photo or $59 for 8 photos, in US dollars, paid in advance through Stripe. The free sample is one photo per agent.
Redos and refunds
Each photo includes one free redo. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Liability
Staged images are illustrations of possible furnishing, not representations of the property. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
