Questions agents ask
Are the images labelled for MLS?
Yes. Every staged image has a "Virtually staged" label in the bottom-left corner. Many MLSs and state rules require disclosure of virtual staging; you remain responsible for following your local MLS rules, and we recommend keeping the original empty photo in the listing too.
What do you never change?
We only add furniture and decor. We never alter walls, windows, window views, floors, ceilings, fixtures, room size or any structural feature, and we don't hide defects.
What files can I send?
JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to 25 MB per photo and 8 photos per order. Wide, level shots with the lights on work best.
How fast is delivery?
Within 24 hours of your upload. If we miss that, you get a full refund.
What if I don't like the result?
Each photo gets one free redo. Tell us what to change. If you're still not happy after the redo, we refund you in full.
How is it made?
Staging is AI-assisted and every image is checked by a person for realistic scale, perspective and an unchanged room before it's sent.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only to stage your listing. Uploaded photos and order data are deleted automatically after 30 days. See our privacy policy.
